Hailey Musgrove
Trainer at Affinity Fitness
My journey into fitness started young. I grew up active and immersed in gymnastics, but I was the only “fit” person in my family. Seeing how poor health affected my loved ones physically and emotionally lit a fire in me to make a difference, not just for them, but for anyone who feels held back by their body. That passion led me to pursue a degree in Kinesiology focused towards physical therapy from TWU, but along the way, I realized that personal training gave me the freedom to truly change lives. I was able to focus on prevention, functional strength, and long-term wellness.
Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients: from kids just learning how to move, to adults in their 90s rebuilding strength, to rehab patients, and even bikini competitors. But my heart lies in gently guiding people, especially those new to fitness, into healthier habits that enrich their lives, their relationships, and their sense of self. I believe fitness should be empowering, not intimidating, and I take pride in creating a safe, welcoming space for everyone.
Injury prevention, mobility, and lifestyle-based training are at the core of what I do. I want everyone to not just work out, but to move well, feel good, and thrive in their daily lives. When I’m not training, you’ll find me reading a fantasy book, teaching dance at my local studio, or hanging out with my dogs.
