Trainer-led sessions run mornings and evenings Monday-Friday, with additional Saturday options depending on the season.
Our 24/7 Open Gym is available to eligible current clients with key-fob access.
Open Gym is for active Affinity clients only. This maintains client privacy, ensures liability coverage, and keeps the environment clean and safe. Non-clients or guests are not permitted.
You’ll meet with a trainer, review your goals, discuss any injuries or limitations, and walk through a structured training session at your pace. You won’t be thrown into anything intimidating – our goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and confident.
Yes – all clients in the 6-Week #FITAF Program receive nutritional guidance tailored to their goals, plus education on long-term habits. Ongoing members can receive continued nutrition support based on their training plan and goals.
Yes. Our facility includes:
